People lined both sides of Washington Street on Saturday night for the City of Marion’s ‘Christmas on the Square’ parade and celebration. With local businesses, organizations, and churches joining in the fun, the parade was one of the best-attended public events in the recent history of downtown Marion. Attendees agreed the parade was a great success, and hoped to gather again next year for an even bigger event.
