SECTION 00 1113 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Sealed Proposals will be received by Breakthrough Charter School, at Breakthrough Charter School, 1820 Prier Drive, Marion, Alabama 36756, until 2:30 PM CDT; July 11th, 2023 for the Breakthrough Charter School – Gym HVAC. Bids will be received at which time they will be publicly opened and read. A cashiers check or bid bond payable to Breakthrough Char- ter Scholl in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder’s proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract.
