The Perry County Extension Office will be holding a Cogongrass Workshop on Friday, September 22 from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM at the Black Belt Research and Extension Center 60 located on County Road 944 in Marion Junction. The workshop is free, with registration now available online through the Alabama Extension Service. The workshop will focus on controlling the invasive species of Cogongrass in Central Alabama.
