Stella Mae Wyatt passed away February 28. 2024 at the age of 87. She was born May 2, 1936 to the late James Melford Clements and Mattielean Coley Clements.
She was preceded in death by her siblings, Virginia Roberts, Mary Jane Perez, Birdese Reid, Walter Clements, Virgil Clements and Leon Clements; children, Thomas Harris, Earl Handley and Linda Hobson; grandchildren, Patrick Handley and Michael Hobson and great-grandchildren, Stephen Shirley and Andrew Wilcut.
She is survived by her children, Dean (Ed) Fails and Gerald (Susan) Harris; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Pallbearers will be James Harris, Chris Hobson, Shaun Alan Harris, Nicholas Handley, Dustin Crews and Hunter Crews. Funeral services were held Monday, March 4 at Springhill Church in Greensboro with Lawrence-Brown Service Funeral Home directing.
