Newbern Library kicks off their Arts Alive program on Feb. 22 with a free poetry and collage workshop with local poet and mixed media artist Casey Roberts. All ages are welcome to come from 10:30 – 12:00 on Saturday, 2/22 to create original Haiku poems and personal poetry collages. Newbern Library will be hosting regional artists throughout the year for a series of creative arts workshops.
