Toulis Jones II, a former Uniontown city council member and community servant, passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, in Greensboro. He was 71 years old. In addition to his work in local government, he was a faithful member and deacon at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Gallion.
Funeral services were held on Saturday, April 5, at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Gallion. Visitation was held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., followed by the funeral at 11:00 a.m. Burial took place at Cedar Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The funeral procession departed the funeral home at 9:45 a.m. that morning.
