Elizabeth Davis McCray, 82 of Moundville, AL went to her eternal home on June 4, 2022. She was born on July 1, 1939 in Hale County, Alabama to Werdna Davis and Ruth Geddie Davis. She was a loving mother and housewife. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, J.D. McCray; and her brothers: Guel Davis and Bobby Davis. She is survived by her sons: David Greg McCray (Debra), and John Keith McCray; and her sister Odell Montz, all of Moundville. She is also survived by two grandchildren: Olivia McCray and Stenson McCray.
Visitation will be held at Pine Flat Baptist Church in Moundville on June 9, 2022 from 1:00 till 2:00 pm. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm at the church. Graveside service will follow at Pine Flat Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Charles Spencer officiating and Kirk Funeral Homes, Greensboro Chapel directing.
Pallbearers will be: Todd Paris, Rob Wiggins, Hugh Burt, Ken Ryan, Wayne York, and Stenson Davis.
