Sister Mattie Black, 92, of Gallion, Alabama, passed away at Hale County Hospital in Greensboro, Alabama, on Monday, March 11, 2024. The funeral service for Ms. Black will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Little Zion Baptist Church in Faunsdale, AL 36738. Her burial will follow on the same day at First Baptist Church – Faunsdale, located at 1144 Old Uniontown Road, Faunsdale, AL 36738.
